Linda's Full Body MovementPart yoga, part movement, this class focuses on building strength and flexibility from head to toe. New twists to classic poses, throw some good tunes into the mix... voila! Suitable for all levels
Krista's Hot Stone Restorative
With stones hand-picked from Lawrencetown Beach and warmed to soothe the body, come and experience physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Expect long-hold restorative poses, hands on adjustments, hot stones and essential oils. Suitable for all levels.
Rachel's Luminous Vinyasa
A 60 minute mindful movement practice to polish your light in the darkest days of the year. Expect a little sweat, lots of rest and a deep reset for mind and body. Suitable for all levels.
Heather's Yin
Release stress and tension from the body while improving flexibility in this calming practice. Suitable for all levels.

Rachel Barrett
Luminous Vinyasa
Rachel is enthusiastic about making movement practice accessible and sustainable. She brings a mindfulness based approach to creative sequencing through the awareness of ease and breath.
With certifications in Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, Mindfulness Yoga for youth and Qi Gong she offers a multifaceted lens for the inner journey and outer reflections.
Rachel is a surfer, a mama and closet songwriter who loves to bring her guitar into class for a savasana serenade.
Fave pastimes are toddler paced walks at the beach with her family, and sharing waves with the neighbours.

Krista has a passion for meaningful connection and adventure. She runs international retreats known as Heartventures across the world. She’s also passionate about the Enneagram, and loves doing interviews for individuals or couples (great date night idea) to dsicover their type.
A life-long learner Krista has lots of desginations including an ICF Certified Coach, Mental Health First Aid, Scrum Master, Enneagram Coach & Trainer, Enneagram & Marriage Coach, Sacred Sound & Movemement Facilitator, RYT-200 Yoga Instructor and Nutritonal Therapist.

Linda Thieu
Full Body Movement
Linda is a yoga teacher, movement educator, and circus artist. Through her knowledge of alignment, modifications for all levels, and playful sequencing, she's here to slow down the flow to move more mindfully. She helps you connect strength, flexibility, and the elusive art of relaxation. She is a registered RYT-200 with Yoga Alliance International, certified in Hatha Vinyasa, Prenatal and Postnatal yoga. Linda is also certified in Fascial Movement Taping through RockTape Canada. A few of her guilty pleasures? Smartwool socks, Star Trek TNG, and house plant hoarding.
